April 29,1998---Hillary Rodham Clinton

April 29, 1998.

Dear Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton,

It also be that God has chosen "Clinton" to disciple some countries that Bill Clinton, the President
of U.S., have brought to the Lord. I believed that "In china, profit and efficiency are not always
the highest priorities". Economic activity or human right is a key to exchange the treasure of United
 States.

Only 27 countries now recognize Taiwan. Guinea-Bissau is the third African country this year to
abandon formal ties with Taiwan(April 23, 1998). South Africa, formerly Taiwan's largest and most
influential ally, switched diplomatic recognition to China on New Year's day. The central African
Republic switched ties to Beijing on Jan 29.

Taiwan, a small island, follow the route of international way-democratic and good human right's model.

Unfortunately; our world was ruining because of "business" only.

The United States withdrew its annual UN resolution criticizing the Chinese Communist
government for its human rights abuses. But at near the same time, the United States again
put forward its annual resolution critical of Cuba on human rights. "Money Talks" only; Cuban
trade would be a drop compared with the dream profits in China. So let people say the United
States now picks human rights quarrels only with small or poor countries.

Madeleine Albright said "Even the most patriotic among us must admit that neither morality or
religious freedom nor respect for human rights were invented here----if we are to be effective
in defending the values we cherish, we must also take into account the perspectives and values
 of others".

What "perspectives and values" must we rake into account about religious persecution-the
value of arrest, torture, forced labor, the perspective of the Communist bureaucrats and police
who oversee the "patriotic" churches, where Chinese Protestants must worship if they want
 to stay out of prison?

Giant United States created by freedom, and human right; most Americans, I believe, prefer
the perspectives and values of wolf-specter and of politicians, churches and organizations.
That are creating a conservative-liberal coalition for religious and political rights---which thrive
together or die together!! A.M. Rosenthal said in China news at April 25, 1998.

"Free men die free, and there is no power or money in the world that can turn them into slaves
 again." President Cuba said that.

Sincerely Yours,
Yang Hsu-Tung.
